The Status of women in Islam is a point of many misunderstandings and tension not only outside of the Muslim community, but within it as well. Muslims and non-Muslims alike are encouraged to come to this event in order to clarify these doubts and misunderstandings.

Through excerpts from the Quran and Sunnah (account of the Prophet Mohammed's life, peace be upon him), attendees can expect to leave this event understanding the high status given to women over 1400 years ago through Islam and until today in despite of what is commonly seen in the news and media.
