New year, new semester, new goals! Often we can get overwhelmed and put pressure on ourselves to fulfill extravagant goals we set early on, but life gets in the way. How do we keep ourselves from falling into a negative slump? How do we keep a good mindset even when we keep failing? Where does Islam come into this? Join us with therapist and alumni Kamela Salimi as she takes us through all of the above and more with discussions on the mind-body relationship, trauma, and faith as it all relates to mental health.
